Umami Rayu Over Rice

A simple and delicious way to enjoy our Umami Rayu is to simply pour it on top of rice. As a person who eats rice all the time, just having this fulfills the umami packed quick bite everyone loves.

Having this as TKG (Tamago Kake Gohan) can elevate the experience even further. It means eggs over rice in Japanese. Where we would eat the raw egg with the rice. (Eating raw eggs can increase the risk of illnesses. This is strictly a way I personally enjoy eating it.) You can soft poach, soft boil or cook the eggs sunny side up/ over easy to have a similar experience.

Simply over rice is a very easy way to enjoy our Umami Rayu but you don’t have to stop there. You can enjoy it with any other rice dish of your choice. Its not just an addition, it’s a transformation. Our Umami Rayu brings a sophisticated, multi-layered depth to your daily bowl.
